Quick question…

How are you going to achieve everything you want in 2019?

By and large, and to varying degrees of effectiveness-you are going to prioritize the initiative, choose your goals, and take action towards your targets.... 

But why is doing this one of those things that is much easier said than done?

In the academy we set our goals for 90 Day Periods called Seasons.

We set our goals in 3D. Artistically, entrepreneurially and personally.

But for most musicians there is a problem… We suck at Goal setting. Most of us never do it. But we are even worse at actual goal achievement. I mean we stink at it. As a species we’re really really not good at it-at all. 95% of businesses fail. 95% of all new years resolutions, and according to some studies-actually 95% of all change initiatives fail.
