Quitting All Nicotine, For Good.
After 9 years i've finally decided to stop smoking cigarettes, chew, and quit nicotine for good.
It is abrupt, its going to be tough for a little while… But it is time.

Reasons Why I Have Decided To Stop Smoking…
It is a psychological addiction & a senseless habit… One without any real benefits.
Smoking actually induces more stress than it "mythically relieves."
It hinders my physical fitness & endurance as an athlete.
Smoking is actually self-inflicted suffocation.
It will kill me.
It is poison.
Will enjoy food more, and awaken more taste buds.
It really isn't even that enjoyable when you think about.
It makes me smell bad.
It is not good for my vocal chords.
It is a mental distraction.
It is a waste of money.
It is a waste of time.
