Optimal Development Pathway

When I was a boy i began thinking about this idea...

What do i have to learn, know, be, do, have, what skills and properties would be required to realize the vision i was daydreaming about in my head all these years ago? and what would the journey or the best development path be-in order to acquire and actualize this vision?

I guess it was simple enough. I looked around, i didn’t really like what i saw. I didn’t really see any clear path, and the idea that i had imagined for what and how i wanted to live my life wasn’t something i could reference in any person i’d known or seen. It wasn’t one of the options on the menu, and i had no other role model that i knew of who’s path I could follow to get there.

I was not only in a very bad environment, I wasn’t especially confident.

I wanted to grow and develop specific skills in a lot of specific areas, and i wasn’t sure how or what to do next.

I started learning about different methodologies for goal setting and planning and being productive.. I learned that what I needed was a GAME plan.

When I wrote out the 2.0 blueprints for the academy all those years ago I just wrote out virtually every single thing I could possibly think of… I wrote out a list of skills, goals, and tools I would need for the journey. I wrote down budgets, created a marketing plan, and even entered a local entrepreneurial incubator to create and try to win a regional business plan competition to get funding and to force myself to prepare for this as best as I could. I very much felt a calling and it was this idea that gave me a feeling of guiding purpose and meaning during a very rough part of my life, especially when it felt like I was lacking the support and resources and guidance I would have liked to have had. The cool thing was that although I couldn’t lift my vision off the ground-and what I viewed as a major defeat at the time, I’ve since come to realize the bigger picture that I couldn’t see at the time, was that those blueprints were the framework and basic game plan for everything I would eventually create in the future, after the progressive development of the skills and expertise needed to really build it the right way.

Now, in contrast… I do not want to overwhelm you, because I don’t think YOU necessarily need to do all that… Your game plan can fit on a napkin, or it can be a 50 page document… What really matters is that you get one, and what matters even more is that you follow it!

You need to see a clear path all the way to your goals and end results.

For example something I’m going to master is public speaking so I need to prepare a pathway for doing that by starting to prepare myself now by starting with the podcast and working on my voice and breathing and meditation and prepping and priming as well as consistently doing my pushups and other exercises around my sweet spot zoning system to maintain the highest vibration and states possible, working on the 5 minute and the 15 minute speech, then graduating to the webinar, continually prepping and priming the knowledge and experience I have already and then getting emotionally involved with it so that the knowledge is remembered by my heart and capable of communicating effectively. then by going to toastmasters consistently in 2022

See so what I really do is just live a human development and potential cultivation lifestyle and will be growing in all 3dimensions for all of life on a development pathway with the blueprints of the career and lifestyle I want built right in.
