Modern Artists are the Creators of their fate, the designers of their lifestyle, and the congruent expression of both their Art and their existence.

 But not everyone lives in the Creators Paradise... Yet.  

Possibility is everywhere, yet their is a polarity between two very distant camps; those who are finding success at every turn, thrilled to be where they are... and, those who’re still working on it.

Yet every Artist has both the ability and the right to experience that for themselves. The question is, why don’t they? Why don’t you?

We’ve heard about the YouTube sensations like Karmin and Pomplamoose, we see the DIY success stories from independent artists across all verticals who’ve found their way to freedom and fulfillment from touring to licensing to sponsorships to clever merch sales via social media...

But are these case studies really just an anomaly?

What makes them the exception rather than the rule?

What’s different between THESE artists, musicians, songwriters, CREATORS.... and you?

While their may be an element of luck involved, I don’t think luck was the deciding factor.

After studying many of these independent success stories, as well as others in many surrounding verticals, and coaching hundreds of students and clients of every level-I recognized and was able to distinguish some common threads.

The things that anyone can adopt, embrace, implement, that are the "Seeds" of each of their success which underly any of the specific case studies.

Over the last decade I’ve been able to correlate and deduce a simple set of FACTORS gathered from all my data, research, and experience. This set of principles and factors, when implemented cohesively-form the basis for everything you need to succeed as an Artist in the Modern World, in our NEW Economy. The Modern Creator integrates BOTH sides of the brain into an expansive, dynamic, limitless value creation and expression device.  If you harness your powers and leverage your resources you can create anything you choose. You don't get stuck on nonsense limits that seem to pervade and place themselves on you.

Modern Artist Breakthrough #2: develops the entrepreneurial skillset in addition to craft - strategic and tactical. this is whole brained thinking - right AND left. analytic and holistic. The biggest problem I continue to observe with my clients and students is that we as content CREATORS aren’t fully embracing the additional roles and responsibilities in the MODERN world.

Modern Artist Breakthrough #3: accepts responsibility as being the CEO of his/her content business - lifestyle business - content is their currency - controls their fate. Chooses their projects. Becomes a professional, doesn't blame others. You must refuse to rely on anyone else for your own professional and financial success. You must become self-reliant. This is NOT an easy thing to do. You make your own rules, and are your own boss. Opportunities + Responsibilities. You are not just running a band, or a magic show, etc. You are running a content business.

The what is only one dimension of your content, and you will begin to understand and harness your power-as you own and develop your talents into strengths, in all 3 dimensions and ultimately into superpowers-manifest through your chosen modalities of expression. this is how Modern Artists continue to grow as people, and as artists, and always persevere. they are truly committed to continual development and maintaining congruence in their values, vision, and mission.

Modern Artist Breakthrough #6: masters the tools of the modern creator - communication formats, distribution channels,  starts with grassroots artist marketing - focuses on core, bottoms up. Your Job is to Create Valuable content and then to communicate that to build a loyal fanbase and a profitable brand that allows you to experience endless freedom and fulfillment doing what you love, for those that love what you do.
