Being a Modern Musician means being a leader which means taking responsibility for your own ability to improve over time.

When you hone in on your dream you go on the offense. You play offense.

You don’t just write the song, or create the product, write the book… You write and rewrite and iterate, continuously improving as you develop the skills, content, character, habits and each stage of the process

You hone in on your daily dials in order to play offense each day.

You can’t show up and take random action to get to your goals and dreams, if you take the champions challenge you follow the champions formula to get to liberation. This means that you blueprint the whole path out including the plan for learning as part of the complete learning process down to the individual cycle you are working on next

Your daily dials are the impact points for your life to advance and progress. These consist of your Main Moves, Core Focus Activities as well as tasks and tactics of each process and project

They are apart of what you can control in life. If you do them, you win the day. In order to win in life, you need to win the day. Alignment happens when you lock into your workflows.

Take time to hone in on your areas of management and you will keep an excellent standard of operation and create a rich inner life

Hone in on your skills

There are 10-20 skills you need as a modern musician, you’ll develop them through the projects of your career. There are many skills you’ll need throughout your life that you’ll develop in the short term, and then there are skills that you may develop in the long term. Like for example a short term skill I need to develop is media buying, while a skill like acting is something I will develop long term from all my cumulative experience as I develop courses and create transformation at deeper and deeper levels with myself and my business.

Hone in on your tasks

There are only a handful of tasks you need to spend 90% of your time on, they are called your main moves, and they are how you become great, they are what you’ll do over and over and over again season after season developing and creating anything you want. 5-10 daily dials each day are what you focus on as a Modern Musician.

Hone in on your message

Mine boils down to helping you unlock your full potential, and master your universe, you can start out anywhere, and become anything you set your mind and heart to, if you dilligently pursue the path to mastery and fulfillment and become your best self as well as live your best life doing what you love. Passion and focus and fullfilling your vision, purpose and mission through mastering your destiny.

Hone in your philosophy

You will have to learn and create your own personal and professional philosophy. I know I’ve adopted and created many philosophies and ways of thinking and being in the world. Mine boils down to planting seeds and stacking the building blocks to give and receive love, create a great home and life through gardening and planting the most incredible fruits. It is also that we are all creators seeking fulfillment and what we truly desire most is mastering our destiny and achieving greatness as an artist, entrepreneur, and person by creating your heaven on earth - during this lifetime.

Hone in on your personal development

Everything rises and falls with your own personal development, your identity, your character, your personality, your experience, your decision making effectiveness all contribute to the cascading symphony that your life becomes because of your own personal development.

Hone in on your craft

I’ve been working on my craft at a book or 2 sometimes more each week for 15 years. The active development of your knowledge and skills in your craft are how you build techniques and mastery. Techniques are what a professional develops. Mind map ideas, sequence your learning, use notecards, keep a journal, determine what skills would you need to have to master to master your craft?

Hone in on your stories and narrative

Start out with a highlight reel of the most important experiences of your life. Outline and sequence your stories and narrative. The path of mastery, the need for a complete development system, the desire for wisdom and wealth doing what I love and was made to do.
