Goal Visualization

Modern Musicians develop the first skill of the 10 skills of the Modern Musician skillset (imagination) through the practice of visualization.​​Goal visualization is just one use of creative visualization and is one of the fundamental tools you will use to raise your vibration on the way to achieving your goals.

Seeing yourself achieving your goals is very important for your success and overall state of happiness in the present. You need to think and see yourself achieving it.You need to have a strong reason why as the drivers and motivators that you have as they will have a profound impact on your ability to concentrate on the work that needs to be done.You need to develop strong practices that lay the foundation for success.If you want to achieve your goals then like modern musicians you follow the Goal Achievement Process. In addition to steps 3-4 and 5 you need to do daily goal visualization.Take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax as you expand your consciousness with a goal visualization exercise.And let's begin...Go out into the future 1 year and see the vision of the picture of what you’ve achieved.Picture it happening right now…Live into your power and into your strengths…Forget about what others think about you and picture what it feels like to have what you want. What are the experiences and feelings like?See yourself everyday taking the steps necessary to achieve your goals, how does it feel?Watch yourself go through the process as you travel down the road to your goals, what are you feeling? how do you change throughout the process of growth toward your goal?How do you build momentum as you get further and further along?Go to the start of your journey and look at how far you’ve come from where you started out at, feel a sense of gratitude for what you’ve become and bask in the glory of achievement of your desired end results.Notice that you have control over how you feel the entire time if you align and allow yourself to feel that way.What is it like now that it is a part of your experience?Notice how that sentence transforms you and let it grow and expand in weight and brightness. Sense the peace and the flow that you feel as all areas of your life flow with you to maintain the optimal state of living and fulfillment.Go through the entire journey from start to finish and see yourself completing all the steps that form the pathway to your paradise in 3-5 years.Perhaps you see yourself creating 200 new pieces of content over the next 3 years that are the gold that attracts your prosperity, gaining traction with your numbers as you elevate in confidence and abundance. Perhaps it’s raising up the levels of consciousness to reach your self actualization, your transcendence, and your liberation!Let's make that the default pathway you see yourself on.Go back and sense what you just learned and review it.Feel what it feels like to now have integrated this new way of being into your life. Sense a merging of this energy with your true self, and dial in to feeling of what that feels like this moment.Now bring your awareness back to the current moment and feel complete with the integration of all aspects of achieving this goal.
