Unfortunately we cannot have flow without at times experiencing resistance. With meditation, and other success conditioning tools and techniques we can reduce the resistance and allow what we want into our experience without the resistance that can lead to suffering.
You have to first push and square your AO away and dial in until you reach grounded true flow, but since you’ve already built your optimal creative structure, then you just follow the flow protocol to maintain and perform at your best.

You have to find the sweet spot of optimal performance by adding up the elements into the alchemic equation, the factors and the dimensions for optimal workflow structure which facilitate optimal performance, for achieving a desired outcome or experience and end goal.

The day is 24 cycles, the goal is to construct that sleep wake cycle to produce the desired results of flow, fulfillment, success and mastery by synchronizing and harmonizing the conscious, subsconscious and superconscious minds to create incredible projects, bodies of work, and craft amazing art. There are certain times of the day that you feel more creative, productive, and inspired, and focusing your effort during those times is very important to become an effective person.

Your ultradium rhythms are the segments of time that you can structure your work and your energy to do your best work as well as refresh the circuits for another cycle. When you allow your body to recharge you replenish your natural resources and recalibrate to your true self. The second bio rhythm pertains to ultradium rhhthym, which is about 90-120 minutes long and occurs in the wake cycle

The resulting epiphanies and ideas that result from flow state are often the seeds, the core spark, the driving concepts and insights that fuel the engine of the ship. They are typically the most effortless and the most valuable as well.
So It begs the question…

I was musical and intuitive and very much valued the primitive flow state I was getting into when writing a song or creating a beat. That evolved into a deep flow state from learning and desire for passionate communication.
I developed interests and desires in many areas and followed my heart.
I then went on a rampage to learn all that I could about communication and hundreds of subjects around my mission that sculpted my view around the best practices, principles and processes of successful creators and artists
I also studied the top artists and entrepreneurs on the planet for the last 15 years
I became fascinated with human potential when I decided to be the best I could be and pursue my dreams at 17
Then I deployed and reached a new level of performance on my path as I felt what it felt like to fire on all cylinders through the theatre of combat and accelerated my path of self actualization, mastery and self realization.
I was planting seeds that would grow up to become the modern musician, music business liberation and the modern musician academy
I became further engaged with flow through building up my content business and reaching many peak spiritual experiences as I became awakened, actualized and enlightened.
Then I learned how to get into flow with my whole universe by harnessing the power of my thought, feeling, speech and action for transformative influence.

It’s an energy that is a currency in itself. And it’s very attractive.

First are the fundamentals

Basic Operational Requirements: You have to sleep at least 8 hours each night, i prefer closer to 9 or 10, you have to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day, you have to meditate and you have to keep a journal, single focused activities or mega projects that integrate a lot of individual parts if you are advanced, as well as have an on ramp and an off ramp for each day with a morning and an evening ritual
You have to work in periodized 60-180 minute worksets and workblocks with pitstops and full out recalibration sessions to prime and utilize your energies each day. I want to change the way you think about work, and the way you feel about work as well. It’s a paradigm shift for many that as a modern musician you do things for who you become, and that your soul truly desires. Projects in this way complete you and make you feel whole and fulfilled.

You face resistance for about 15 minutes and then you get the thoughts that make it all worth it.

Flow is an optimal experience of life
It’s feeling and performing at your best. It’s an optimal experience of life in uniquely meaningful moments of experience.
It’s something I’m going to master.
Starting with your work you have to build the foundational practices that generate a state of flow, for me flow is more of an integrated mindful and technological fluidity that allows me to use my imagination along with interest and desire and passions to create content that changes the world, it’s how i’ve traveled my path to finding my place and lane in life teaching the wisdom of the ages through modern musicianship.
It started after i made the commitment to become the best i could be and took four months of work that was Army Bootcamp and AIT, but then i had my little keyboard workstation from my signing bonus and i would get into flow for 12 hours a day making music. I got into the zone. I found my happy place and started the foundation for my heaven on earth. It was bliss.
Then i added in a content business and learned how to find happiness through creating content.
Doing so is what took me from impoverished as a traditional musician to working my way up from the ground up and founding music business liberation.
Then i learned how to harness all that into speaking and teaching people the material.
Getting into flow state for me means getting into rhythm and vibration with the future i’m creating.
What i know is that there are many many states I’ve been in and there is an ascension of high quality frequencies that I send and receive on a daily basis.
Part of my job is to send the right message to the right person at the right time, and it all begins with doing the right thing, the right way, at the right time, it’s part of the philosophy and the G-Code.
My life is about developing as much joy, fulfillment, bliss, and happiness, abundance, clarity and focus as possible.
Flow state is when you’re in the right state and you say exactly what you mean to say how you mean to say it. It’s getting the right ideas at just the right time, and it’s what happens in the creation process when you tune into the right frequencies. It’s being in a place of divine expression or conversation with yourself or others.
Flow can increase your productivity because the insights and ideas you get when in flow are the most profound and valuable to your workflow
Flow state happens in conversation commonly, in writing, in sports, in being a musician, speakers can get into a flow state, painters, gardeners can get into flow state.
I try to get into flow in all aspects of my life continually. In my thinking, in my feeling, in my speaking, in my coaching, in my meditation, in my writing, in my learning, in my conversation with my relationships, in my workflows.
My spirit feels oneness and flow more of the time than not.
Flow is the mental alchemy that brings forth the fulfillment of the vision.
Flow conditions are the mental parameters or conditions that cause flow.
Flow Conditions 1: Clear goals
You have to know what you are trying to achieve. 500 words that raise someones vibration. A chorus that sings, a verse that connects all the sections of the song together.
Flow Condition: The challenge to skills ratio
You have to balance the ability level with the challenge.
Flow Condition 3: Immediate feedback
There is typically an immediate source of feedback that indicates you are in the zone. It’s a direct response from the universe that you are doing what you are meant to be doing.
Flow Condition 4: Balanced opportunity and capability
The opportunity and your capability must align for you to find flow.
Flow condition 5: Concentration
All good things come from concentration. Concentration takes the courage to block out all other distractions and focus on one idea or theme until you get to a result. Concentration is what it takes to create self discipline, and that’s what it takes to master your destiny.
Flow condition 6: Being in the present
Here is the gift we can find in each moment, as each moment is actually perfect. Your soul is perfect and usually knows what to do if we follow our heart.
Flow condition 7: In control
You want to have a level of control, and this is something that you develop over time. You are essentially training yourself to get into the pocket. Where you are in control of your life through the projects that you choose. You have to build a process that puts you in control of your life.

When in this state of flow there is a loss of the sense of time, where large periods of workflow, hours went by in no time at all.

I find i get into flow much faster when i come from a place of service and a place of compassion for people.

Morning ritual
your day should start with a morning ritual that prepares you to win the day and gives you positive momentum in between your wakeup and your first work block
Eat the frog first
Then after the morning ritual you need to start with the most important task or project of the day. This is called your first work priority and it’s one of the main secrets to optimal productivity that modern musicians use to leverage their willpower and get the most important task of the day done first.
Meditation
This is usually best done right when you wake up, or any time - two to four times per day.
Learning
I often do this early in the day and learning can be used as a way to infuse more flow into your day and into your life. I recommend an hour a day or more for the rest of your life. You can transform your whole life if you learn the right things.
Journaling
One of the mainstay practices that i’ve had since i was 19 has been journaling. It’s been one of the main pieces of my self actualization that i’ve treasured and believe has helped shaped a lot of my beliefs and thinking process in positive ways to develop a rich inner life.
Anchors
Anchors can be used to reground yourself in your environment and to strengthen the bond or connection or motivation you have for something or someone.
Emotion
Your emotional system is the guidance system of your soul. If you go in the direction that your soul wants to go in, it feels good.
You can also condition your emotional state to feel good more of the time than not.

This brings us to the fascinating discussion of two concepts needed to get yourself into flow in all areas of your life. Flow makers, and flow breakers.
Flow Makers
Flow Makers are your friends. They are like the thoughts that want to help you advance. Flow breakers are like conscious and unconscious blocks that impede your momentary creativity or productivity. However, at the end of the day it is just putting one foot in front of the other. Your chi can be most directly influenced through your state. Your immediate physical presence. But there is a lot that goes into influencing your state from any number of negative or down states - to any number of positive enjoyable states.
Their are several factors to your states composition which come down to:
Diet, Breath, attitude, intention, posture, inspiration, motivation, and activity.
Tempo and focus are key players in your state and will affect your engagement level and presence.
Patience and persistance

Bring out from within
Where challenge meets skill
Enjoyment and certainty generate a self perpetuating satisfaction and eliminate hesitance, a flow stopper or flow breaker, as opposed to a flow maker.
Resilience and persistence are required in learning all the little lessons and overcoming all the obstacles needed to develop your grounded foundation and ability to generate and maintain flow.
It’s strength or level is also called your flow power and can be developed and increased to incredible levels.
